TEXTBOOK REFUND POLICY

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES – NO EXCEPTIONS.
The following book refund policy will be in effect for Fall and Winter Semester courses and courses of four months, or more, in length. Please note that we do not accept returns of textbooks purchased for courses of less than 4 months – i.e. Summer Session Courses – except to replace defective books.
Books will be accepted for refund or exchange for the current semester until 3 weeks after start date. (One week after tuition fee refunds deadlines) After that date,
Textbooks returned within this refund policy MUST be in new, unused and “mint” condition, without bent corners, cover scratches, obvious wear-and-tear, or markings of any kind (no names, notes, or highlighting).
Shrink-wrapped materials or packages containing web codes, CD’s, disks, tapes, study guides, lab manuals, solutions manuals are NON-RETURNABLE if the shrink-wrapping is removed.

Ensure that the books you are purchasing are the required titles/editions. If you are unsure, GO TO CLASS FIRST.
Refunds for purchases made by Visa, Mastercard or Debitcard will be made only as a credit to the customer’s respective account. No cash refunds. For online returns, shipping/handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for purchases by cheque will only be made after 10 working days (excludes Saturday and Sunday) of the purchase to ensure the cheque has cleared the customer’s bank.
Students on Wait Lists for courses should not purchase textbooks until they are officially notified that they are off the wait list and on the class list.
Please only purchase your textbooks for the current semseter you are enrolled in.
